House: Comfy double room on the first floor with a lovely view of the garden. The house has two bathrooms with showers, shared between five people. I never had to wait to use one. The house has a well-working cleaning rota.

Roommates: You’ll be sharing the house with three Oxford University DPhil students (Peter, Joe, and Dan) and one Oxford Brookes Master’s student (Dani). The house enjoys TV nights and group visits to its favourite pub, the Star (which is on our street). Obviously, everyone is also busy and respectful of each other’s space.

Location: Close to cafés, bars, Sainsbury’s and Tesco, all within a few minutes’ walk. The St Clements Airline Bus station is less than a minute away, South Park is just around the corner, and it’s quick into the city centre. Honestly, the best location I’ve ever lived.

Contract: You would initially sublet from me, then move onto a new contract directly with Northwood once this is set up (likely a few months).

Price: £735 per month in total (£685 rent + £50 bills).
