Room to rent at Cowley in shared house

I’m moving out of my lovely room and looking for someone to take over my place in a house of five young professional women.

The house is shared by five girls, all young professionals, working regular weekday schedules. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed. We enjoy spending time together from time to time — such as a games night or a shared TV evening — but equally respect each other’s personal space and routines. Everyone is independent, and the house is well balanced between social and quiet. We also enjoy staying active, with interests including ice skating, swimming, and cycling.

We’re preferably looking for:
A young female professional
Someone friendly, open, and sociable
Comfortable in a shared house environment
Clean, considerate, and respectful of shared spaces
Happy to occasionally socialise, but also values their own time

The room & house:
- Furnished room
- Shared kitchen, living area, and bathrooms
- Fully equipped kitchen (oven, fridge, washer, dryer, microwave, kettle, dishwasher & extractor fan)

- Available from: April or May (flexible)
- Rent: £ 600
- Bills: All bills included, despite the council tax
- Deposit: £ 692
