Single room in a house with a large communal living area and friendly housemate. The room has an excellent location near to Florence Park and Cowley Road shops.

The remaining tenant is a female researcher in healthcare who enjoys climbing and crochet. The current tenant (me) is leaving for a job in a different city.

Furniture is not included aside from the fridge, freezer, and washer/drier. However, much of the furniture pictured will remain as it belongs to the remaining tenant. Further, the single bed is available for sale from the current tenant.

Council tax band C, which results in a payment of £232 per person per month (or £116 per person)

Bills not included, they are organised by the remaining tenant and currently stand at £87 per month (excluding council tax) but may change.
