Double bed room in a shared house - Cowley

We are looking for a new housemate to join our 5 persons shared house from April onwards (or 21st of March at the earliest).
The house is ideally located on Cowley Road, in a quiet residency area, it's a 2 minutes walk from Shelley Road's bus stop, and 10 minutes bike ride from the city centre.
The room is furnished with a king size bed, a bedside table and a chest of drawers, there is also a large closet which gives plenty of storage space.
The bathroom is shared only with 2 other housemates.
There is a small garden, ideal for storing bikes safely, and barbecues in the summer.
The properties is managed by an agency and they've always been very good and responsive whenever we needed them.

Rent is £625 per month without the bills, the individual bills (Gas + electricity, water, internet, council tax (£52 - band E)) round up to around £130 month.
