We have a room available in a fun, relaxed young professional house which will be available from 1st March 2026.
The House
The house is in a great location just off Cowley road, and is within walking distance to loads of pubs shops and restaurants. It’s about a 30 minute walk into the city centre, or a 5-10 minute cycle.
The landlord covers all bills, as well as a bi-weekly cleaner. The wifi speed is roughly 50mb/s so is sufficient to WFH without any bandwidth or latency issues.
We have a lovely homely communal living area with ample space. In terms of utilities we have a dishwasher, electric hob, washing machine and tumble dryer.
We have two bathrooms (with an additional toilet downstairs), and a nice back garden we like to chill in during the summer!
The house comes with two parking spots and two parking permits, which are allocated on a first come first serve basis. If parking is required, then you would need to apply for one of the parking permits.
The Room
This spacious room is situated on the first floor of the house, I have loved living here for the past 4 years!
It comes with a desk, built in wardrobe, chest of draws, bed side table and double bed and has a balcony.
The rent is £810 per month including bills (all covered by the landlord). There is a £50 fee for replacing yourself upon moving out. The deposit is 5 weeks rent.
The Current Housemates
We are an accepting and sociable bunch of young professionals who get on really well, and would like to keep that going with another young professional joining us.
The house has a relaxed and social vibe, we will often hang around the communal areas having a laugh, having spontaneous drinks nights/watching series together etc. However we also all have our own lives and respect each others privacy!
You as a housemate
We like to live in a clean and tidy environment, so will be looking for a mature young professional who will respect this.
We are not overly concerned on age but in order to fit in best with house dynamics we suspect the best fit would be between 24-31.
We do believe a house share should be communal living between mates so are looking for a friendly and social housemate.
