Hello! We have a double room available in our 6 bedroom houseshare just off Cowly road.

It’s the largest room of the house and comes fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, desk, sofa and chest of drawers.
All other housemates are very relaxed and fun. We all work during the day but sometimes like to go climbing together or hang out in the kitchen in the evenings.

The rent is £830 a month including bills and a biweekly cleaner. The deposit is 5 weeks rent (£959).

Your deposit is protected by mydeposits. the house is a fully registered House in Multiple Occupation with Oxford City Council and is regularly inspected, the landlords are Oxford CC Accredited Landlords.
