This annex is located on the first floor within a family home and consists of a spacious double bedroom/study, a bathroom (shower) and a kitchen with seating. All rooms are lockable.

Your room comes fully furnished with a desk, shelving, chest of drawers, double bed with plenty of drawer space under, and hanging space for clothes.

Kitchen: 🍽

The kitchen contains a fridge and freezer, microwave, air fryer, toaster, slow cooker, 2 induction hobs, plenty of cupboard space, crockery and cutlery and other kitchen paraphernalia and smoke alarm etc.

Location:📍

The home is in a great location next to the Cowley road with both the Oxford train station and city centre being within a 10/15 minute bike or bus ride. The location has great transport links with regular trains to London and other UK cities. The property is close to local amenities including GP surgeries, a wide variety of shops, restaurants, bars, gyms, parks, the river, and a library all within walking distance.

Bus stops: 🚌

There are a couple of bus stops within a 3 minute walk located on Cowley road and Iffley road which take you directly to the city centre, train station and many other popular areas. Please look online for more info regarding the routes they provide.

Your housemates: 👫

Even though you have your own annex you will bump into myself and another adult now and again when accessing the shared utility room where the communal washing machine lives. We are friendly but generally keep to ourselves. There is a happy and relaxed atmosphere in the home and we like to keep things clean and organised. So if you're messy this may not be the home for you. If you have any specific requests please let me know and I’ll do my best to accommodate.

Pets: We have a smallish friendly dog and 2 beautiful cats who you are likely to meet and will likely want to greet you! If this is an issue, for example if you have allergies, then this home will not be suitable for you.

Please be aware that this accommodation is for single persons only, sorry no couples.

Price is including all bills and council tax, no extra costs.
