I’m looking for friendly, easy going lodgers to join me in a newly purchased house on Cowley Road (opposite Gillians Way). The place has a relaxed, sociable feel — ideal if you enjoy the occasional shared meal, watching TV together, or just having a chat over a beer.

The setup tends to suit young professionals, postgrads, or anyone who enjoys a clean, comfortable home with a social edge.

Both rooms are fully furnished single rooms, available at £650 and £725 per month, with all bills included.

Once both rooms are filled, there will be three people total in the house.
