We have one of the three bedrooms in our houseshare becoming available from the 25th March 2026. Situated on Cornwallis Road, we are within a 10 minute cycle of the city centre, Oxford Science Park and Oxford Business Park. We are also a 10 minute walk from Templars Square Shopping Centre, Lidl, Sainsburys and Puregym.

The house consists of a living room, a large open-plan kitchen, and a garden that backs onto Florence Park.

We - the existing 2 tenants - are a 26 yo male professional and 25 yo female PhD student looking for a tenant of a similar age. As housemates, we enjoying spending time together and have mutual interests, particularly outdoor activities including climbing and running.
