Room available for 1 month, 10 secs from Cowley Rd

Hello! I am leaving Oxford for a month and thus am looking to sublet my room to a responsible tenant from March 14–April 14, preferably to another student who requires housing for this period.

The flatmates: all are fine, all are young and are researching or studying at the University—save 1, who is working in some biomed field. Basically, they're lovely and responsive in the house groupchat, too.

- 1 room with double bed, desk, bookshelf, dresser, and wardrobe;
- 1 shower, 1 toilet (another shower room downstairs but I've never used it);
- Washer, sheets, hairdryer, UK and EU extension cords, kitchen space, storage space in basement, backyard for bikes included.
