Room Available In Friendly House!!

Hi!!
I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a friendly and fun house! Very sad to be leaving but I have to move to London :,(

We have a lovely communal living room/ kitchen/garden, and are a sociable group, regularly doing pub trips/ movie nights. We’re somehow yet to throw a party but are very open to doing so and the set up of the house means noise doesn’t travel from the living room.
The neighbours are also super lovely (have helped us get in when we forget our keys…) and I would say it’s a 10/10 house tbh!!

Please note the deposit is £800 and we split council tax and bills evenly :)
