Cosy St Clements Flat

Hello!

My name is Talia and I am looking for a flatmate. I'm a DPhil student who loves the gym, bookbinding, and sewing.

Wonderful features of the flat:
- It is really comfortable and cosy
- Fully furnished! I have everything you might need (even towels and bedding).
- The room features a single bed that can pull out to a double, depending on your preference
- Really quiet, despite being centrally located
- GREAT transport links: directly across the street from the Oxford Tube bus stop to London and directly next to the busses to the airport. Right outside are local bus stops to the city center, Headington, Churchill and JR hospitals, and the train station
- Two bathrooms: you will essentially have your own bathroom (only shared with guests)
- FULLY stocked kitchen!
- Gated bike storage
- Nice little courtyard garden
- Right next to South Park and other green spaces
- A five minute walk to the Cowley Tesco

I'll be thrilled if you:
- Take good care of my beloved flat with me — I just love the flat so much and I'm so happy when the people I live with appreciate it too
- Are ok with avoiding heavily scented products and candles! (I will happily provide laundry detergent, hand soap, and cleaning products)
- Are enthusiastic about early nights/quiet evenings
- Enjoy things being neat and tidy
- Are a student! But it is not a dealbreaker if not, we will just need to discuss council tax arrangements (council tax band C)
- Are ok with cooking pescatarian/vegetarian while using the kitchen. The reason is that I keep a kosher kitchen! I can explain exactly what this entails and you can decide if this will work for you

Unfortunately a strict no to:
- Pets (sorry!)
- Vaping

Shared bills come out to around £60 each per month (not counting council tax). Theoretically, a parking spot could be rented from another resident if needed.

Ideally, I'd love if we signed a contract for a few months to start, just to see if we get along and live well together. If we are both happy with the arrangement, then we can go from there!
