Room: furnished with single bed work desk, heater, drawers, and closet

House: 2 bathrooms, shared kitchen, large living room

Other Tenants: The house is shared with 4 other working professionals (1 women, 3 men).

Location: Cowley, Rectory Road: 6 min bike / 20 min walk from city centre

Rent & Deposit: £700 pcm including ALL bills (heating, water, WiFi, council tax, etc.), 2-week deposit

The main owners are a lovely married couple who own 2 very cute cats. I used to be a dog person, but after having out with these friendly cats for several months, I now play with them when back from work all the time!
