Hi! We’ve got a room opening up in our friendly, artistic 3-bed house on Henley Street (just off Oxford’s Iffley Road), available now. You’ll be joining 2 easygoing, professional housemates. We’re a social bunch who enjoy the occasional hangout, but we also respect each other’s space and keep things chilled during the week.

The house has a fully stocked kitchen with all the usuals, plus extras like an air fryer, rice cooker. There’s also a garden with a pond and some workout equipment, great for relaxing or staying active.

Rent: £800 per month
Bills: approx. £110/month (varies slightly depending on the season)
Move-in date: 6th April

We’re looking for someone who’s easygoing, tidy, and up for a friendly house atmosphere.
