Double room available Cowley

I have a fully furnished large double bedroom to rent. Brand new double bed with brand new memory foam mattress. Built in cupboard with both hanging rail with shelf above. Equivalent to 2 double wardrobes. The room isn’t en suite but it is nearest to the bathroom. Huge windows to let in plenty of light. Quiet household, just me and my elderly cat.
I work Friday Saturday and Sunday each week, and i am also away one night per week so you’d have lots of time where it’s just you in the house.
Washing machine and tumble dryer available. Cooker and microwave, kettle and toaster available.
Looking for a quiet and considerate housemate to share with. I’m easy going and easy to get along with.
