Double room in friendly house share

We have a double room in our warm and friendly house share in Cowley becoming available from the beginning of May.

The room is on the top floor and next to a bathroom that is shared with 2 others. It comes with a bed, desk, chair, chest of drawers and bedside table. There’s plenty of storage and the room gets lots of natural light!

We are a house of 6 young professionals all working in Oxford - I’m staying in the house, just moving to a different room as another housemate is moving out. Including myself, you’d be moving in with 3 girls and 2 guys. We’re a friendly and sociable house and would love to find someone who would become our friend as well as our housemate. We often take it in turns to cook meals for each other and regularly have movie nights or go to the pub together, but also respect each other’s space. We’re not a vegan household, but the shared meals are vegan to accommodate everyone😊

The house is in a great location, just a few minutes from a bus stop with regular buses into town and a 10-15 minute walk from Cowley Road.

The rent is £790 a month including all bills and the administrator we liaise with is very responsive. The deposit is 5 weeks rent (£912). Transfer of tenancy fee of £50 payable at the end of the tenancy.

On top of the rent, we all chip in £20 a month to cover all communal items and to pay for our lovely cleaner who comes once a week.
