The house is spacious, friendly and really well located in Cowley with super easy bus access, just a 2-minute walk to the bus stop that serves the city centre, train station, JR, and science park etc.

Room: light, spacious bedroom with a double bed and plenty of storage (wardrobe, 2x drawers, bedside table, desk, chair, TV and stand). It’s on the second floor and faces the backyard, so super peaceful and quiet with nice natural light☀️

Bathroom: Ensuite with large shower.

House details: you’d be living with 5 professionals, currently there are 3 guys and 3 girls (including me) ranging from mid 20s and mid 30s (chilled, sociable, tidy and respectful), the place has a large fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, plenty of storage space and 2 fridge/freezers), laundry (with dryer), and fenced off garden (great for summer dinner parties) with bike shelter.

Rent: £905 pcm (including all bills and weekly cleaning)
Deposit: £1044

**This is a transfer of tenancy, which was transferred to me when I joined the house. You have to agree to a minimum of 3 months' stay, after that, you can leave anytime after proving you find an alternative replacement and pay the transfer fee of £50**

The house has a great group of professionals who are friendly and sociable, but also respect each other's privacy as we are all working professionals, we keep everyone’s boundaries and are respectful of noise in the evenings 💗
