We have a very nice kitchen facing the backyard/garden, and a lovely shared living room with a flat screen television. Washer/dryer and extra storage space is also available. All utilities are under 25GBP/month per person and managed by the current flatmates. We are 2 Oxford DPhils, both Rhodes Scholars and women, but comfortable with anyone (ideally a student so that there isn’t a hefty council tax).
