A double room will be available in our welcoming five person house on Cowley Road from September. We are looking for another professional to join our houseshare.

The room & costs:
The rent is £565 per month, which includes council tax (Band C). Bills are separate and typically come to around £100 to £125 per month, depending on the season. Deposit £750.

The house:
- Three bathrooms in total (one en suite, plus two shared bathrooms with two showers between four people)
- A fully equipped kitchen with two ovens and two hobs, as well as two sinks
- Washing machine
- Cleaner comes every two weeks to take care of the common areas
- Comfortable shared living spaces
- Back garden with a variety of herbs and vegetables growing
- Locked alley for bike storage

Location:
- Located on Cowley Road
- Around a 15 minute walk to Templars Square with Lidl, Sainsbury’s, PureGym, Homesense and more
- Plenty of pubs, cafés and restaurants within a 10 to 15 minute walk
- Bus stop 2 minutes from the house with frequent buses into the city centre, usually every 10 to 15 minutes

About us:
We are a group of professionals in our 20s and 30s from a mix of backgrounds including Scottish, British and Canadian. It is a friendly and easygoing house where everyone gets along well. We enjoy spending time together from time to time, whether that is cooking a shared dinner, going to the cinema or watching a series, while also respecting each other’s space and independence.
