Large double room in a friendly houseshare

I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy in a really lovely houseshare in Oxford.

The room is a large, bright double on the third floor, with great morning sun. Lots of storage, including a large built-in cupboard that works as a wardrobe. Room doesn't come with the desk and office chair. You'll share the bathroom next door with three others on the same floor.

The location of the house is brilliant. Situated in a quiet, residential neighbourhood, it's just a 10 minute cycle into the centre of Oxford and 5 minutes from Cowley Road.

Downstairs there's a large kitchen/living space that's really well-equipped with plenty of cupboard space and a large shared fridge (will upload kitchen photos over the weekend). There's also a washing machine and dishwasher. Outside, there is a lovely garden, which gets great sun in the afternoon, with a BBQ, table and chairs and a shed for bike storage.

Current housemates are all working 9 till 5 professionals, a couple of which are based at the university. Everyone is really friendly and sociable, keep the house tidy, but also respect each other's space. I'm looking for someone that will fit well within the house.

Rent: £790/month, all bills included which is a genuine steal for Oxford. The deposit is 5 weeks rent. References will be required.
