Double room summer sublet near Cowley Rd

I’m looking for someone to sublet my room from mid-June to mid-July (or possibly August, and there may be an option to extend). Agent/landlord are on board. Rent is £930 per month, including all bills and council tax (band E). Single occupancy only.

The room is a spacious ground-floor double, with windows on two sides and good light. You will have access to YOUR OWN SHOWER ROOM (the toilet next door is shared). The house itself is very comfortable and has some lovely shared spaces (see amenities below).

The house is located on a quiet residential street just 5 min walk from Cowley Road — a very convenient and popular area with lots of cafés, restaurants, pubs, grocery shops, pharmacies, GP surgeries, and frequent buses to the city centre and train station. The location is also ideal for people working or studying at the hospitals or Oxford Brookes, with easy cycling and bus connections to the JR, Churchill, NOC, and Brookes campuses.

You’d be living with three friendly postgrads/professionals in their mid-20s. They’re all biologists with interests including cooking, gardening, and sports. The house is sociable but respectful — everyone has their own routines and space.
