2 double rooms available in a 5-bedroom houseshare.
The house has a nice kitchen/living room space and a large backyard. Bathroom is shared with 3 other housemates.

Bedroom 1 is available from June 22nd (or a bit before) and is £632/pcm.
Bedroom 2 is available from July 22nd and is £612. While there is a single bed in the pictures, a double bed will be put in before moving day.

Both rooms are furnished.

Current housemates are professionals between 27-31yo. Looking for a friendly, easy going, and tidy housemate who enjoys socialising in the evenings after work but can also do their own thing.

Located in Cowley, 15min walk from all shops, 20-25min walk to city centre.
There is also a very convenient bus stop less 2 minute walk away which has buses to the city centre and railway station.

Bills are about £100 a month (this includes council tax, internet, water, electricity and gas). Council tax band E.
