Bright Double Room in Cowley

Hi! One of our housemates is moving out so we’re looking for someone to join our house and fill the room. The bedroom available is a double on the second floor with a built in wardrobe and also furnished with a bedside table and chest of drawers.

Most bills are included in the rent, except gas and electric, which usually works out to about £30 a month.

Currently in the house is five friendly professionals and we enjoy occasionally going to pub quizzes and watching movies together :)

The house has a large kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine/drier and two bathrooms on the first and second floor and a downstairs toilet. There is also a driveway with space to park your car and a bike rack in the back garden as well.
