Room Available in Cosy House in Cowley

Hi everyone! We have a spacious room available in our cosy four-bedroom house on Hurst Street, just off Cowley Road. We’re looking for a mature DPhil student, postdoc or working professional to join our friendly household.

You'll be sharing it with three housemates working and studying in Oxford. We're sociable, considerate and enjoy the occasional trip to the pub, cinema or a meal out together, while also valuing our own space and quiet time at home.

🛌 The Room

The room is fully furnished and comes with a double bed, desk, chair and wardrobe. It also benefits from a large ensuite bathroom.

🏡 Shared Spaces

We share a kitchen and living room, and we all do our part to keep them clean and tidy. The atmosphere in the house is friendly and easy-going. If you’re considerate, respectful and enjoy a relaxed living environment, you’ll fit in well.

📍 Location

The house is in a fantastic location, just a short walk from the cafés, pubs and restaurants of Cowley Road and Magdalen Road. Tesco is less than five minutes away on foot, and there are excellent bus and cycling connections to the city centre.

💸 Rent & Bills

Rent: £750/month
Available: immediately
Bills are not included and usually come to around £95/month each

Please note that the letting agents require proof of income. Students should either have a UK-based guarantor, a scholarship or be able to pay rent in advance.
