Housemate Wanted - 2 Bed House by Florence Park

Hello! I'm a 29-year-old working as a Research Coordinator at the University of Oxford, and I'm looking for a like-minded housemate to share a lovely two-bedroom unfurnished house from around the 10th August.

I'm looking for someone as soon as possible, as I am currently need a housemate to proceed with referencing and to get contracts signed.

About me

I'm friendly, tidy and considerate, and I'm looking for someone similar. I enjoy cooking, running, reading, and hosting the occasional dinner or drinks with friends. I'm fairly social and out and about a lot, but I also work from home around two days a week. It would be great to live with someone who's happy to have a chat at the end of the day, maybe head to the pub every now and then, while also respecting each other's space.

The house

I've got a great house lined up in an excellent location, close to plenty of amenities including shops and a gym. It's just a short cycle to Cowley Road and Oxford city centre, and right next to the beautiful Florence Park.

The house includes:

* Two bedrooms (both fit a double bed)
* Downstairs WC and upstairs bathroom
* Gas central heating
* Fitted kitchen with electric oven, washing machine and fridge freezer
* Large under-stairs storage cupboard
* Small private garden
* Secure bike storage at the rear
* Parking for up to two cars
* Unfurnished (I'll be bringing/buying some furniture, so if you have some too, even better!)

The landlords come highly recommended by a friend, which is a real bonus.

Costs

Rent: £850 each
Council Tax: Band D, approx £110 each
Bills energy, water, Wi-Fi, etc. approx £80 per month
