You'll be sharing the house with four wonderful Oxford University DPhil students, making for a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The house has three bathrooms, one on each floor.

The house is in an excellent location (on Rectory Road), just a 5min walk from South Parks, Sainsbury's and Tesco's, with plenty of cafés, restaurants and pubs nearby. 15min walk to the city centre.

Move-in is flexible and can be anytime in July or early August. The room is available until the end of September. The rent is £700 per month, including bills.
