Spacious room available, £750/month, negotiable

I’m leaving my room and looking for someone to take over until 31 August. The price is negotiable for this period, and a longer stay can be discussed with the landlord. A shorter stay is also possible.

The room is in a spacious two-storey house with a shared kitchen and five friendly Oxford students/professionals. There are two rooms and one bathroom on the first floor. There’s a bus stop right outside, and it’s only a 9 minute bike ride to the city centre.
