Ground floor double in friendly houseshare

I’m really sad to be leaving this lovely houseshare!

We’re a group of young professionals who enjoy spending time together while also having our own interests.

This ground floor room comes equipped with a double bed, desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers and smaller set of drawers.

The main bathroom is on the top floor, and is shared with three others - it had a bath, shower, toilet and sink. There’s also a smaller bathroom on the ground floor with just a toilet and sink.

The house has a big kitchen with two fridge freezers, a dishwasher, washing machine, dining table and sofa.

We also have a nice garden with a patio area and garden furniture.

All bills are included in the monthly rent, including council tax, energy, water, wifi, TV license and a fortnightly cleaner for the communal areas.

We’re a 10-minute cycle into Oxford city centre, but there are lots of shops, cafes and restaurants much nearer on the Cowley Road. Buses also stop at the end of the street to take you into the city centre, including to the railway station.

While all of our parking spaces are currently being used, we have been able to get parking permits to use in the surrounding area.
