Hi! We are looking for a 5th housemate to take a cosy and comfortable single furnished room with a wardrobe and bookcase and bedside table.

We are a group of two professionals and two PHD students. We’re a friendly bunch and have movie nights, pub trips and sometimes cook together at the weekend but also respect each other’s space!

The house has off street parking and a garden with a shed to store a bike. Our living room has a TV, bookshelves and a growing board game collection! The location is great, we are 5 minutes from Cowley road and a short walk to Oxford Brookes or the town centre, as well as being easily commutable to the hospitals.

We would be very open to postgrads or working professionals, but would need students to contribute to council tax. All bills (including council tax) come to around £95 per month.

Ideally we would like someone interested in living with us for at least a year as the stability is nice, but there wouldn’t be any contractual commitment!
