City centre (Carfax Tower) is a 7 minute cycle.



Henley Street bus stop provides regular services to the city and university campuses - or the city centre (Carfax Tower) is a 7 minute cycle.



Good sized bedroom with built in cupboard - there is also space for a desk in the room (it is currently taken up by a plan chest that is being removed by the current male housemate).

Two shared sitting rooms consisting of a dining room and a lounge space.

One communal kitchen with all expected amenities including an air fryer.



One shared bathroom, downstairs. 



Large garden with pond (with lots of frogs!), mature plants and outdoor seating.

Outdoor bike rack for three bikes.



Bills (gas, electricity, water, and WiFi) are typically £90 per month.



Council tax band D: around £70 per month, but students can claim an exemption from Oxford City Council. 



A parking permit can be claimed from Oxford County Council. Residents are also entitled to multiple temporary guest permits and an exemption from the Congestion Charge.

I would like to make this a really lovely homely space, with the potential for some flat dinners/ occasional board game evenings over the winter months. The house has some beautiful features - original fireplaces and picture rails in most rooms, and the lounge gets lots of light. The dining room has the potential to be very cosy, and a nice place to study during the day. The rooms at the back have a lovely view over the garden.

Looking for a like-minded friendly housemate with some similar interests - who would enjoy time spent socialising as a house, whilst respecting each others space :))
