Double bedroom available in a 5 bed flat in Cowley, just off of St. Clement's St. Start date is September 3, 2026.

The room and house are all furnished. The room has a double bed, window, 3 drawers, closet, and desk.

Amenities include a shared living room, kitchen, two bathrooms (one of them as a shower room), and a washer (no dryer). You will be living with 4 other PhD students (3 girls, one boy) from Oxford University and Oxford Brookes. Ages range from 25 to 30. My housemates love to host people, play board games, go for picnics in South Parks, and cook together. We all have busy PhD lives and go about our days independently, but enjoy having a cozy evening at home whenever we can catch up. No smoking or pets in the house.

⁠Rent is £780 per month (not including bills), the total would probably be closer to £800/£810 with bills.

We live right off of St. Clement's St, footsteps away to several bus stops, including the Airline and Oxford Tube. This location is perfect if you work in Headington or City Centre, as they are both walking distance or short bus ride. We also live 5 min walking distance to all grocery stores on Cowley Rd (Tesco, Sainsbury's, Seoul Plaza, Tahmid's, etc.), and several restaurants. There are several bike racks on this street.

We are looking for a student to move in with us. Young professionals are also open to reaching out; however, you would have to pay council tax for the entire house, which is £200+ / month, so may not be ideal. This property is Council Band Tax E.

If you are new to Oxford, I am happy to provide you with several of my home essentials (ex: hangers, desk lights, pots, pans, cutlery, bins) so you can have them when you move in!
