Hello!
I’m moving out of my room in this lovely house share and looking for someone to take over. I’ve really enjoyed living here, it’s a quiet, clean, and comfortable home with a great atmosphere.

The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 toilets and 1 shower, and sits on the quiet Belvedere Road, just off Cowley Road. You’ll be only five minutes from grocery stores, cafés, restaurants and pubs, and about a ten-minute cycle from the city centre — this will be great for anyone working in Oxford.
The house is newly renovated and many of the appliances are new too.
There is a bike storage shed and a fairly large back garden.

The house is shared with 3 other friendly professionals who are still living here, making it a quiet, clean, and respectful home environment. One of them works as a lecturer for the Universities of Oxford and Birmingham, one other is a systems engineer in Kidlington, and one works for delivery services. They are relaxed, tidy and easygoing people who like reading, salsa, and the occasional trip to the park or pub.

We’re hoping to find a friendly, considerate housemate who like a chilled, clean home and enjoy a chat in the kitchen now and then.
