Double room available in Oct

Hello!! We are looking for a clean social female housemate to a big double room (ground floor) in our lovely home just between Cowley Rd and South Park !
(Looking for move in ~ early October)

💰 Rent is £720 (big room). Bills vary between £100-135 pp between summer-winter. Deposit is £750. Rent has only just increased so fixed for at least 12 months.

🏡 A bit about the house:
It’s a 4 bed 2 bathroom terraced house with a garden, communal kitchen and living room area. You’ll have half a fridge for your groceries, one freezer drawer and a designated cupboard. Perfect location close to town and cowley road amenities (Tescos/sainsburys round the corner)

A bit about us:
We are 3 friendly girls looking to find replacements for our current housemates and add another social girl to the gang! We hang out as a house fairly frequently, either chatting in the living room, watching a film or going for walks together.

Grace (25): I’m am a researcher in neuroscience and mental health. My interests/hobbies include gym, reading, running, painting, yoga, walks, travelling, spirituality and music events. I LOVE a boogie and always down for a natter (:

Prina (25): I love being outdoors-whether it's walking, running, or just being in nature. I'm also a big fan of cooking up vegan dinners to share with the house, movie nights and chilled evenings. I love to travel and explore new places where I can.

(Rebecca is our 3rd housemate who is also moving in at the start of October, so you won’t be the only newbie!)

We value cleanliness and have a cleaning rota where youre expected to clean one area/thing per week (e. g. Take out bins, kitchen cleaning, bathroom clean) to keep things tidy. 🧹 🫧

Friends are welcome round as long as you generally let people know beforehand, and we usually host parties / gatherings for important events like birthdays !

We are sorry but there are NO PARKING SPACES AVAILABLE 🚘 ❌ but there is a place to lock a bike! 🚲
