Double Room off Cowley Road

I have a room that needs taking ASAP on Green street (off Cowley road, near the bottom of Div road). The contract starts on 25th August so need contracts signed this week!

In this house are two girls who are both studying at Oxford Brookes and in their third year. We are looking for ideally another student but can be flexible (as long as you are aware that you will have to pay the council tax - Band C).

This house has a shared living room, kitchen, bathroom and garden. The room available will be a ground floor double room with a wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk included too (picture attached - pictures make it look much smaller and darker than in person, keep in mind there is also space in the room behind where photo was taken)
