Looking for Tenancy Takeover - Iq Alice House

Hello! I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy for a silver studio in iQ Alice House. The studio is self-contained and includes a double bed, private bathroom and private kitchen.

The rent is for £394 a week and the tenancy runs for 51 weeks, from 05/09/2026 - 28/08/2027.

I had booked the unit back in April 2026 with them and had chosen one of the quieter, greenery facing units in the building after a virtual viewing. Unfortunately am hoping to give this up as I'll be undergoing a surgery before the semester and would like to live closer to classes.

I am the current tenant looking for a replacement, and the takeover would be carried out officially through the iQ student accommodation team. The replacement tenant would complete the booking process, accept the tenancy agreement and make the required payments directly to iQ. Given that it's already past Sep 5, I'll pay for the rent accrued until you take over the tenancy.
