The available room is compact but comfortable, bright and cosy. It shares a shower room with just one other housemate, while the other two housemates have a separate bathroom downstairs.
Shared areas include a kitchen, dining room and back garden.
The house is located in one of Oxford’s most vibrant and popular areas, while still being tucked away on a very quiet street. Oxford city centre is only around a 10-minute walk away, and both Tesco and Sainsbury’s are within approximately 200 metres. There are also plenty of restaurants, cafés, pubs and bars just a short walk from the house, so pretty much everything you need is right on your doorstep.
There is also the possibility of applying for a residents' parking permit.
