Double bedroom in lovely houseshare

I’m sadly moving out of my double room, so we’re looking for a new female professional (no students) to join the house.

You’ll be living with three wonderful working professionals from Greece, Spain and the UK, who enjoy having a chat in the kitchen or sharing the occasional meal together, but also respect each other’s space and time. The house has a shared living room and dining room, as well as a big garden which is amazing when the weather is nice. We enjoy having friends over from time to time and making the most of the shared spaces, but it’s by no means a party house. It’s a relaxed home with a nice balance between being sociable and having your own space, and we’d love to find someone who fits into that.

The rent is £460 per month with bills not included. Bills (council tax, wifi, gas and electricity) generally come to around £150–£180 per month, depending on the season. Please note that the rent will be reviewed after the initial 12-month period.

We’re looking for someone who is considerate and easy-going, and looking for a house that feels friendly and homely rather than just somewhere to live.
