My name is David, and I am a live-in landlord and am renting out my spare room in the house for a single occupant.

A bit about me! I am an engineer and like to keep myself occupiedI enjoy keeping active, going to the gym, occasional walks and playing tennis (courts also nearby). I also can be tempted by pub quizzes, baking, and playing board games.

Ideally, I am looking for a housemate who is considerate and tidy, who would be up for doing the occasional shared meal and occasionally hanging out, but also happy to do their own thing.

The room is furnished and contains a small desk and chair; there will be some bookshelves (not in the pictures) and there are some picture rails on the wall. There is also some storage spaces in other parts of the property that you’d be free to use.

The house is well located nearby Florence park, convenient for buses with the Cowley road (5 minute walk) and Iffley Road (10 minute walk) nearby; it is also close to Templar Square - great for shops, gyms etc.
The house has a newly renovated kitchen which has plenty of storage space, and a new bathroom.

There is also a separate living room, downstairs toilet, a good size garden and a spare space on the drive if needed for a car, and space in the shed, ideal for a bike.
