It is a really nice house with two bathrooms and a lovely kitchen & living room! the house is close to the testco on cowley road, city centre and oxford old road campus (hospital areas). The location is good for either students or academics based on old road campus, brooks university or Churchill hospitals. One non-smoking flatmate is wanted for the single room. The room is a bit small but all the furniture is there! And most importantly, the house condition is really good and the rent is low!
