Monday to Friday room available

I am looking for a quiet, friendly professional person, who's relatively self-contained, as both I and my current Monday-to-Friday lodger work long hours and are out most evenings.

The house is very well-maintained, with a shared kitchen, dining room/living room, bathroom and downstairs cloakroom. There's a large garden, and parking is available on-street, usually close to the house.

The rent is based on four nights' stay, Monday to Thursday.
