Double Room to be Sub-Let from 18th May - July 31s

Due to recieving a placement abroad i am unable to stay untill the end of the contract. So looking for someone to move in for june and july, (available from the 18th of may though). £450 is a discounted price for the room but i need a tenant asap. It is comfortable double room on the first floor, it is smaller than the other rooms but could fit a couple if need be. There is plenty of storage space available. it is a 6 bedroom newly converted house at the bottom of Southfield Road, great location, 7 minutes from city centre on the bus, which stops right outside the door. Spacious garden with built in decking, BBQ and even an apple tree, perfect for summer! 5 other amazing, friendly flat mates who will be in and out over June and July but not living there permenantly. 2 bathrooms, on being right beside the room, 2 showers and 1 bath. washing machine and drier in the conservatory. lovely open plan kitchen/living room attached to the conservatory. This really is a lovely house that i am so sad to have to leave early. I would be more than happy to send more photo's, be contacted for further information, as i am sure i have left things out.
