Double room for rent

Hi,

I am a live in landlord but pretty easy going. I work as a physiotherapist and pilates teacher for a private practice in Oxford. I am also a director of a website which teaches medical students how to do surgery.

The house: There is on-street parking in front of the house, no permit needed, and a bus stop about 20m from the door (great after a night out). The room (see pic) has a queen size double in it, a clothes rail, desk and chest of drawers.

I would prefer someone who is also fairly outgoing and happy to share the household responsibilities. Bills inc are gas, water, electricity, cable tv/broadband (Virgin) and council tax.
