My partner and I are renting a 4 bedroom house with another couple, unfortunately the other couple will be leaving the country so we are looking for someone to take over. It is a very nice semi-detached property including garden and conservatory. Well maintained and in the center of Cowley Road, close to the bus stop. My partner and I are renting 2 rooms and there are other 2 rooms available for the other couple for a total of 800£ per month all inclusive for couple. What you will get is 2 rooms for this price. Internet included and all bills. No individuals accepted as the house does not hold a HMO license.
