Two double rooms, overlooking fields, Cowley

I have two double room which share a bathroom, they are fully furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers and storage space underneath the bed.

The house is at the back of reliance way, which is lovely and quiet and just off Cowley Road with easy access to the ring-road, Cowley rd and central Oxford.
This is an ideal house and area for professionals between 25 to 35yrs of age.
Bills aren't included in the price but will be approximately £90 including sky, broadband, council tax, gas, water/electric.

It is a furnished town house with various amenities - shared kitchen and dining area, 2 living spaces (a conservatory & living room), a garden with seating and a garage for bike and luggage storage.

We are looking for a professional, considerate housemate. As a house we work Monday to Friday and in the evenings or weekends we will go to the gym, watch TV or pop to the pub for a catch up with friends. We are looking for someone who has a similar work life balance.

Both the living room and conservatory have modern furniture, updated regularly to keep the condition of the house in the right century.

For clarity there is an admin fee of £150 and a deposit of £750. Move in date is to be in May, providing your references have checked out okay.
