The flat is based close to the trendy bars and shops of Cowley road (about a 10 minute walk) and walking distance to town (30 mins) as well as being close to the ring road.
The room is a double furnished room in a three bedroom flat. The flatmates a two friendly young professionals who enjoy socialising, mainly nights at the pub and dinners out. We enjoy movies nights and hanging out together home, and the person who moves in should enjoy these things as well, or at least be sociable with us.
The rent is £385 a month with a month and a half rent as a deposit. Bills are not included. There is a parking outside the flat.
We would want to meet any prospective housemates and would be looking to hold viewings on the 18th June (evening) although could be flexible so let us know if you are unable to view on this day.
