BIG single Room in Cowley for September

Hi, we are a group of 5 friends and We are going to rent a house in Cowley and We have a BIG single room with double bed available.

The house has 5 rooms, a big garden, a comfortable living room with two sofas, a spacious kitchen and 2 bathrooms.

The house will be renovated in August, so is going to be ready for the first of September.

We are five professionals guys, We have a very good relationship and enjoy doing things together.

We are looking for a person clean and tidy who enjoys socializing and having some meals together.

Now I explain the negative points.

-The contract is with an agency so it has to be for 12 month (if you want to leave before you have to find another person that take your place).

- Before to enter in the house we have to pay 1 month and a half of deposit, the current month of September and the agency fees. So you have to be able to pay:

+ 1 and half of deposit: 345 +172, 5
+ The month of September: 345
+ Agency fees: 94

TOTAL: 956, 5 pounds.

I know that it is a lot... but the agencies work like that.
