The house is in a quiet street in East Oxford, in hopping distance to the Magdalen Arms, Oli's Thai & Rusty Bicycle. It was refurbished two years ago and still in a good standard as agency does full re[airs quickly.

To share with a friendly, relaxed professional (male). Would like the house to be a home rather than two independent sharers; with visits to one of the many great local pubs, or a glass of wine in the evening with a movie.

House has on street parking, a decent sized back garden, kitchen/dining room and separate lounge. Secure bike shed in the front garden.
