A lovely double room is available in a friendly Oxford house share near Florence Park. The room is part of a four bed house and the current housemates are two males and one female, aged 21 to 31. It’s a sociable house (the housemates are really great!) with a nice laidback atmosphere and we’re looking for another female to keep the gender balance. The room is available at £490 per month, which includes rent, all bills and a cleaner who comes every two weeks. Total admin costs: £30 payable at the end of the tenancy.

The house is very conveniently placed, just around the corner from the supermarket, pubs and shops in Templar Square Shopping Centre. Cowley Road is also just a 5-10 minute walk away. The house has a kitchen and separate living room/diner, two bathrooms, a large back garden, off-street and on-street parking.
