1 person needed for 2-bedroom house

Im new in Oxford and Im looking for one person to rent a 2-bedroom house in the city in October. This advert is about finding someone to get a house (I have five viewings at the begiining of October). Thus please, do not email me asking when you can view the room, because we will have to organize it together and there is nothing to view yet. I am not a landlord.
I work Mo-Fr (quite often away from Oxford five days a week). I'm not into cooking together, but clean, tidy house-mate (male or female) would be great - occasional coffee, a drink and a chat surely yes.
