We’re a friendly houseshare in the heart of Cowley (within easy walking distance of the city centre), looking for a young, fun, clean & tidy professional to replace housemates who are moving on. The remaining housemates are one couple in their late-twenties/early thirties and another male in his mid twenties, who are looking for someone who would be equally happy socialising in front of the tv over dinner, or going out for a few drinks down the pub. We’re not looking for a room-hermit!

The house itself has a large and comfortable living area and a large kitchen with a big dining table. The kitchen is fully fitted with electric cooker/washer/dryer/dishwasher . We have a large, clean shared bathroom, and a separate spacious shower room.

Your room is a furnished double room at the front of the house on the first floor. Your room also has a built-in sink

The room is available from the 1st of December (with some limited flexibility) until 30th September 2015, when our tenancy ends.

Bills are not included in the price – but work out at around £100pcm per person.
